Staff augmentation is contract-based, where the professional works with you temporarily. Direct hire is ideal when you want to grow your core team with long-term employees.

What is your placement fee structure?

We charge a one-time placement fee based on a percentage of the hired candidate's first-year base salary. This is only due upon a successful hire — you pay nothing during the search process. Contact us for specific pricing based on the role and seniority level.

How long does the entire process take?

Our average time from initial intake call to an accepted offer letter is 14 days. For senior or highly specialized roles, it may take up to 21 days. We prioritize speed without compromising on the quality of candidates we present.

What does the 30-day replacement guarantee cover?

If the placed candidate leaves voluntarily, is let go for performance reasons, or isn't working out within 30 days of their start date, we will restart the search and place a replacement at no additional cost. We stand fully behind every placement we make.
